There are Seven Chakra in our Body, these all chakra control the human body. Yogis believe that people what think and do that’s all controlled by the chakras.

  • Crown Chakra.
  • Third eyes Chakra.
  • Throat Chakra.
  • Heart Chakra.
  • Solar Plexus Chakra.
  • Secral Chakra.
  • Root Chakra.

These chakras controlled human activities are,

 

       1st Chakra is the Root Chakra. So many yogis try to activate this chakra with kundalini. This

      Chakra can be active with help of Mulbandh.

  1. Family.
  2. Society.
  3. Safety.
  4. Security.

       Yogasana to Activate Root Chakra: –

  • Warrior Pose.
  • Thunderbolt Pose.
  • Garland Pose.
  • Mountain Pose.
  • Bridge Pose.
  • Staff Pose.

2nd Chakra is the Sacral Chakra. This is the most powerful chakra for all the human being because it all about the life cycle of a person. If this chakra will be disturbed than a person whole life can be ruined.

  1. Creativity
  2. Sexuality.
  3. Power.
  4. Control.
  5. Money.
  6. Relationship.

3rd Chakra is the Solar Plexus Chakra. This is under the Sternum bone. This chakra work for self-respect. It always finds the honor in the societies.

  4. Energy controlled.

4th chakra is the Heart Chakra. Heart of human being is the life cycle and all the emotion come from the heart maybe it is love or sadness. This chakra must be stronger than other. If people think these all the idea come from the mind than it may be wrong because the change of heart beat is the biggest example of this chakra activeness.

5th  is Throat Chakra is very important chakra for all the age person because this chakra has power to stop the infection and viruses. It can safe us from the outer harmful objects of the earth. If this chakra not work properly than a person can face these problems like,

6th  Third Eyes Chakra is between two eyes. It’s fantasy in Hinduism this point control on the anger of human being. If this chakra not work properly than these types of issues an be face by an Individual. If this chakra works proper than people can compare between the truth and false.

7th  Chakra Crown means the head of a person. If a person has good knowledge than he can use their head in right manners. If the crown chakra not working properly than he do so many mistakes. This chakra helps a person to live in present time.
