PRANAYAMA FROM Right Nostril
We have two channels of the nose that’s called nostrils. It’s used for inhaling and exhaling. Nostril function to inhalation air and remove moisture on Exhaling. The right side of the nostril is called Surya Nadi and the left side of the nostril is called Chandra Nadi. In Surya Bhedana Pranayama inhaling through the pore of the right nostril. The right nostril is also called the sun and the left side is called the Moon.
Sitting Position
This paranayama can PRACTICE to apply Bandha (Jalandhara, UDDIYANA, MOOLA)
How to perform
1. To perform this Pranayama, First of all sit in any comfortable position. Your Backbone should be straight. Your left arms in resting position in Gyan Mudra on the left knees.
2. Eyes should be closed and sit straight for more benefits.
3. Close your Left Nostril with Ring and Little Finger.
4. Start Inhaling slowly and deeply with right Nostril and after complete inhaling close right nostril with the help of right thumb.
5. Hold and control on the breath (Apply Kumbhaka). Relaxed the ring and little finger to Exhale the breath from left Nostril.
6. Beginner should practice five time in a cycle.
7. Relax for a second to perform again the same practice.

Precaution of SURYA bHEDANA pARANAYAMA
- High blood pressure Patient should not perform this pranayama.
- If you have any previous brain and heart disease and surgery than it should practice under the guidance Yogacharya.
- Bandha should be apply after 10 to 15 days practice.
- Always perform pranayama in calm and open place.
- It should be practice in Morning time because this time air has more oxygen.
