HOW TO PERFORM GYAN MUDRA
To perform the Gyan Mudra, First of all sit in any comfortable position. Your Backbone should be straight. Your both arms in resting position on the thigh and straight towards knees. Your elbow on the edge of the knees. In this position your index finger touch base line of the thumb and thumb will press the index finger. Now start inhaling and exhaling and pay attention on the breath. This mudra can perform one to ten minutes.
