Avoid straining during bowel movements and increase fiber intake.
If you do not have daily bowel movements, consider dietary changes and limit junk food.
Avoid lifting heavy objects.
Address any digestive issues promptly.
Monitor stool consistency for hardness.
Refrain from using certain medications and avoid alcohol.
Limit prolonged sitting.
